Since its founding in 2002, NEXT COMPANY Co., Ltd. has spent 24 years focused on one field: dispensers for precision dosing. We dose powders down to the gram with patented screw pumps, and liquids from 0.002 ml/min with peristaltic (tubing) pumps.
The biggest barrier on the shop floor was the expensive PLC. We devised a way to use a general-purpose scale as the controller and built the data-driven liquid and powder dosing platform, capable of smart-factory-level precision control and data logging without a complex PLC. A single unit performs both filling and dosing, and records every dosing run.
Bringing dosing technology proven at Samsung, SK, POSCO, LG and KEPCO to small manufacturers with the same precision. That is where NEXTPUMP believes the smart factory begins.
To solve problems on the floor, we studied PLCs and programming ourselves and built a data-driven system. With the upcoming launch of a multi-channel powder dispenser, we will strengthen our leadership in both the powder and liquid dispensing markets.
