Founded in 2002, NEXTPUMP has spent 24 years focused on a single field: precision dosing. With patented screw powder pumps and peristaltic liquid pumps, we dose powders down to the gram and liquids from 0.002 ml/min.

We devised a structure in which the scale itself becomes the controller, creating a data-driven dosing system that works on the shop floor right away, without a complex PLC. Filling and dosing are handled by a single unit.

From battery cathode materials to food seasonings, pharmaceutical powders and cosmetic ingredients. We bring dosing technology proven at Samsung, SK, POSCO, LG and KEPCO to small manufacturers with the same precision.

The scale is the controller. Without a PLC, it doses from 0.000 g to 150 kg, powders and liquids alike, on the same motor shaft.

A modular dosing system that precisely weighs powders and liquids on a single drive platform and transmits the data. A two-stage special screw and an anti-bridging structure stabilize powder flow, and a precision pump on the same motor shaft dispenses accurately in the liquid module too. Scale-linked control and multi-stage speed adjustment alone raise both precision and ease of use, sharply cutting installation and maintenance costs.

Founded in 2002, NEXT COMPANY Co., Ltd. has focused on a single field: precision dosing. With patented screw powder pumps, peristaltic liquid pumps and scale-linked control, we have been responsible for dosing at manufacturing sites in Korea and abroad. To solve real problems on the floor, we studied PLCs and programming ourselves and built a data-driven system that merges a process once needing three machines into one.
